Terms of Sale

Last updated 17 July 2026

These terms govern the sale of refurbished original iPhone and Samsung displays by Fonora OÜ, trading as Fixera. We sell to repair businesses and to private customers. Some rights differ depending on which you are, and each section says so. Please read this before you order; placing an order means you accept these terms.

1. Who you are buying from

Fixera is a trade name of Fonora OÜ.

  • Company: Fonora OÜ, a private limited company (osaühing)
  • Estonian Business Register code: 17285917
  • VAT number: EE102881994
  • Address: Riia 20, 51010 Tartu, Estonia
  • Phone: +372 56200246
  • Email: info@fixera.store

2. Business and private customers

You buy either as a business (a repair shop or reseller buying for its trade) or as a consumer (a private person buying for yourself). You tell us which at checkout: leave the company field blank to buy as a consumer, or fill it in to buy as a business.

Consumers get the rights set out in section 8 (the 14 day right to change your mind and the two year statutory guarantee). These are consumer rights under Estonian law and do not apply to business purchases. Businesses instead get our 90 day commercial warranty (section 9), which we also give to consumers on top of their statutory rights.

3. The product

We sell refurbished original phone displays: genuine panels that have had the glass, and sometimes the touch layer or flex, replaced, then tested. Each listing states the model and, where relevant, the grade. Every unit is tested before it ships.

4. How an order becomes a contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods, not when the automatic order receipt is shown. After you order we send a confirmation by email; keep it, as it is your record of the contract. If a price or stock error is clear, we may decline the order and refund any payment before we ship.

You are responsible for the details you enter. Check them on the checkout page before you place the order.

5. Prices and VAT

Prices are in euro (EUR). For consumers, prices are shown including 24% Estonian VAT, and the total you pay is the price plus any shipping shown at checkout. For businesses, prices are shown ex VAT and Estonian VAT of 24% is added where it applies; if you give a valid EU VAT number from outside Estonia, the sale is VAT 0% as an intra-Community supply (Article 138) and you account for the VAT in your country. We verify the number with the EU VIES service. Orders shipped outside the EU may carry import duties and taxes that you pay on arrival.

6. Payment

We take payment before we ship. Nothing leaves Tartu until payment has cleared.

  • Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe.
  • Pay by bank payment through Montonio.
  • Pay by invoice: we email an invoice with our bank details and a payment reference, and ship once the transfer arrives.

Payments carry no extra fee. The goods stay our property until you have paid for them in full.

7. Delivery

We ship across the EU and worldwide with tracked carriers. DPD is our main carrier, fully tracked. Orders placed before 15:00 (EET) on a working day ship the same day from Tartu, and we deliver within 30 days at the latest.

  • Delivery is free on EU orders over €100 ex VAT.
  • Below that, and on worldwide orders, a flat shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Local pickup is available from Riia 20, Tartu, during opening hours (Mon to Fri 11 to 19, Sat 12 to 16).

For a business buyer, risk of loss passes when we hand the parcel to the carrier. For a consumer, risk passes to you only when you (or someone you name) receive the parcel. If a parcel arrives damaged or an item is wrong, please tell us within 72 hours, with photos, and before you fit the screen, so we can claim on the carrier. For consumers this is a request and does not affect your statutory rights in section 8. See our Returns policy.

8. Your rights as a consumer

This section applies only if you bought as a consumer. It does not apply to business purchases.

14 day right to change your mind. You may cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days run from the day you, or someone you name, receive the goods. To cancel, tell us in a clear statement, for example an email to info@fixera.store, or use the model cancellation form in our Returns policy. Send the goods back to us within 14 days of telling us; you pay the return postage. We refund you within 14 days of being informed, using the same payment method you used, including the standard delivery cost, though we may wait until the goods are back with us. Please keep the screens unfitted and undamaged so you can check them, as you are liable for any loss in value from handling beyond what is needed to inspect them.

Two year legal guarantee. Every display you buy as a consumer is covered by the two year guarantee of conformity under Estonian law (Law of Obligations Act). If a fault that was present at delivery appears within two years, we put it right. For the first year we carry the burden of proof: if something goes wrong we treat it as present from the start, unless the fault is clearly down to wear, drops, or mishandling. If a display is faulty we repair or replace it free of charge, and if that is not possible or does not work, you can ask for a price reduction or cancel for a refund. This applies to our refurbished displays exactly as it would to new goods, and it cannot be signed away. Please tell us of a fault within a reasonable time, and within two months of noticing it; we reply to every claim within 15 days.

9. Warranty for all buyers

On top of the above, every display carries a 90 day commercial warranty against manufacturing defects, running from delivery. For consumers this adds to your two year statutory rights and never replaces or shortens them. Test each unit before you fit it. Full cover, exclusions, and the claim steps are on the Warranty and RMA page.

10. Returns for businesses

The 14 day right to change your mind is a consumer right and does not apply to business purchases. For businesses, dead on arrival units, transit damage, and wrong items are handled quickly under our Returns policy.

11. Our liability

For business orders, our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the goods in that order, and we are not liable for your labour, lost profit, or damage to a device the screen was fitted into. For consumers, nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. In all cases we do not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited under Estonian law.

12. Complaints and dispute resolution

If something is wrong, contact us first at +372 56200246 or info@fixera.store and we will work with you to put it right. We reply to consumer complaints within 15 days.

If we cannot resolve a consumer complaint, you can refer it to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA), Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn, Estonia. It handles disputes where the value is at least 20 euros, and the procedure is free. Details and how to file: https://ttja.ee/en/consumer-disputes-committee.

13. Governing law

These terms, and any sale under them, are governed by Estonian law, and this does not remove the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence. Business disputes we cannot settle go to Tartu County Court. The contract language is English.

14. Copies and changes

You can save or print this page for your records. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one shown here on the day you order, with the date at the top.
