How we change the glass
Every screen runs the same path through our Tartu lab, from the day it lands to the day it ships back.
We test the screen and make sure it is eligible for refurbishing.
We use a laser to soften the adhesive that is holding the glass and frame onto the display.
We remove the old frame and broken glass from the display using a screen separator.
We clean the display inside our clean room and laminate new glass.
We install a new frame using cold press glue.
We test every display thoroughly.
