Privacy and Cookie notice

1. Who is responsible

The controller of your data is Fonora OÜ, Riia 20, 51010 Tartu, Estonia. Contact us at info@fixera.store or +372 56200246 about anything in this notice.

2. What we collect

• Contact name, business email, and phone
• Company name and VAT number
• Billing and delivery address
• Order and product details
• Payment status and reference (we do not see or store your full card number or bank login)
• Messages you send us
• Basic technical data, such as IP address and server logs

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To take and deliver your order: performance of our contract with you.
• To invoice you and keep tax and accounting records: our legal obligations.
• To prevent fraud, keep the site secure, and answer trade enquiries: our legitimate interests.
• To check a VAT number with the EU VIES service and apply the correct VAT treatment (0% intra-Community for a valid EU business): legal obligation and legitimate interest. We store only the number, the time, and the result.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small set of trusted providers to run the shop, and share only what each one needs.

• Stripe processes card and wallet payments. For a payment it acts as an independent controller and receives your name, contact and address, the amount, and the payment status.
• Montonio processes bank payments, and for one receives your name, the amount, and the payment reference.
• DPD carries your parcel and receives the delivery name, address, and phone it needs to complete delivery.
• Amazon Web Services hosts the site and its database inside the EU.
• Amazon SES sends our order and invoice emails.
• Cloudflare R2 stores your invoices.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

5. Where your data is kept

We keep your data within the European Economic Area. Our email is sent through Amazon SES in the EU (Frankfurt) and invoices are stored on Cloudflare R2. Where a provider's parent company could access data from outside the EEA, that access is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

• Invoices and accounting records: 7 years, as Estonian law requires.
• Order and warranty records: for the 90 day warranty and any related claim periods.
• Enquiries: as long as needed to deal with them.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your data, and object to some uses. Contact us and we will respond. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon). Buyers in Germany may instead contact their regional data protection authority.

8. Providing your data

We need the data above to take and fulfil your order and to invoice you. Without it we cannot complete a sale. We do not make automated decisions that have a legal effect on you.

9. Cookies

We keep this to the minimum. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies, so no cookie banner is needed. Here is everything we store on your device or set as a cookie:

• Your basket. Saved in your browser's local storage, which is not a cookie, so your items are still there when you come back. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
• Terms acceptance. When you place an order we record which version of these terms you agreed to, as part of that order. We do not set a separate cookie or marker in your browser for this.
• Account sign in. If you create an account and sign in, or a member of our team signs in to run the shop, a strictly necessary session cookie (Better Auth) keeps you signed in. Shoppers who check out without an account never receive it.

Any strictly necessary cookies are used only to keep the site secure and to complete your order, and are cleared when they are no longer needed. If we ever add anything beyond essential storage, we will ask for your consent first.
