How do I know you're legit?

We're EU registered (Fonora OÜ, Reg 17285917) with a physical lab you can visit in Tartu. Start with a test shipment of 3-5 screens to see how we work. Reference calls with current customers available.

Who is Fixera for?

Accepted Answer

Both trade and private customers. Most of our work is with phone repair shops, refurbishers, and electronics traders across the EU who buy original iPhone and Samsung displays in volume, sell us their broken stock, or send screens in for refurbishing. You do not need a company to buy, though. Anyone who needs a single original display can order one from the shop.

What condition are the screens you sell?

Every screen is an original Apple or Samsung panel, tested one by one before it ships: image and touch checked across the full surface, no dead pixels, no shadows, no ghost touch. Most are refreshed with new glass, and the product page lists the exact condition of each one. Every unit carries a 90 day warranty with a quick RMA.

How fast will my order arrive?

Order before 15:00 EET on a business day and it leaves Tartu the same day by DPD. The product page shows a real arrival date for your country, worked out from the courier transit time, not a vague window. Most of Europe lands within 1 to 4 working days.

Do you charge VAT on screens I buy?

Accepted Answer

Prices are shown ex VAT. VAT registered business in another EU country: VAT 0%, intra-Community supply (Article 138), you account for the VAT. Estonia: 24% VAT added. Private customers: the price you pay includes VAT.

Do you accept copy or aftermarket displays?

Accepted Answer

No. We only process original iPhone and Samsung displays. Detection: Any copy or aftermarket displays found in a shipment will be categorized as "Scrap" in your report. Disposal: Scrap items can be recycled by us for free or returned to you at your expense.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no minimum. Small test batches are welcome. Pickup is free for new business clients, and for any quote of €200 or more; below that the pickup cost is deducted from your payout.

Who pays for shipping?

Buyback: New business client: free DPD pickup on your first buyback, any size. Quote €200 or more: free DPD pickup, nothing to create or print. Otherwise: pickup cost is deducted from your payout. Refurbishing: First refurbishing order: inbound + return shipping included. All later orders: shipping paid by client (own courier or our label added to invoice). Scrap/Non-Warranty Items: Returned at client cost or recycled with consent.

When do I get paid for buyback?

We prioritize your cash flow. Once your shipment arrives, we test and grade the units immediately. Payouts are made by bank transfer. Standard: Same business day after testing. Maximum: Never later than 3 business days.

What does your receiving and grading report include?

Accepted Answer

Transparency is core to how we operate. For every shipment, you receive a detailed report. Buyback report includes: Shipment ID & reference. Model breakdown. Final grades (A to E). Notes on defects (e.g., burn-in, dead pixels). Final payout calculation. Refurbishing report includes: Inbound condition (glass, frame, visible defects). Units accepted for refurbishing. Units rejected as non-refurbishable (if any).

Is the price locked when I submit the quote?

Yes. When you submit a quote, the prices are locked for 14 calendar days. Parcels reach us in 1 to 4 working days to most of Europe, so most shipments arrive well within the lock period. If your parcel arrives within 14 days, your locked prices apply. If it arrives after 14 days, we use the price list active on the day we process the shipment.

How fast is the turnaround time?

Buyback: Grading is completed within 2 hours of arrival, and payouts are sent the same business day after testing. Refurbishing: Most orders under 30 units are completed the same business day they arrive, and in any case within 2 business days.

Do you provide invoices?

Yes. Buyback: self-billing purchase document issued by us. Refurbishing: standard service invoice. VAT: EU B2B with valid VAT number: VAT 0%, you account for the VAT (intra-Community supply of goods, Article 138). Estonia: VAT added. Non-EU: no VAT charged by us.

Can I send buyback and refurbishing in the same shipment?

Absolutely. This is a great way to save on shipping. Please clearly separate and label the two groups inside the box and list them as separate sections on your packing list.

What payment methods and currencies do you support?

We operate in EUR only. Supported payment methods: Bank transfer.

Do you replace the frame?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Always. For refurbishing, the display frame is replaced on every unit. This is included in the refurbishing price and is not optional.

Question 20

What happens if a screen is damaged during refurbishing?

Accepted Answer

We take full responsibility for our workmanship. If a screen arrives as a fully working original (Image & Touch OK) but is damaged during our process: You will not be charged the refurbishing fee for that unit. We will either replace the unit with an equivalent original refurbished display or pay you the matching buyback value by bank transfer.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Volume pricing applies to the refurbishment service only. If you send screens in for refurbishing in volume, contact us for a dedicated rate tailored to your monthly count. Shop prices are fixed ex VAT per unit, and buyback payouts follow the published price list, so neither carries a separate volume discount.

Getting started is simple: Quote: Use our online calculator to select your models. Submit: Provide your business details to receive a confirmation and packing instructions. Ship: Pack your screens safely. A DPD courier collects your package, so there is nothing for you to print. Pickup is free on your first order as a business, or on any quote of €200 or more; otherwise the pickup cost is deducted from your payout.
