Packaging Guide

Follow these steps to safely ship your screens for refurbishing or buyback.

1. Prepare

Package screens in a sleeve or wrap them in one layer of bubble wrap. One sleeve may hold up to 2 screens at once.
Stack screens back to back with camera holes facing opposite directions or glass to glass.
Group models/grades together where possible.

2. Box

Use a rigid cardboard box, never an envelope.
Wrap the whole stack again in 2-3 layers of bubble wrap or foam.
Fill all empty space in the box so the stack can't move.

3. Ship

Take a photo of the packed box before closing.
Free DPD pickup when your quote is €200 or more.
Place the label on a flat side, not over seams or corners.
Mark multiple boxes as 1/2, 2/2, etc.
Include your packing list and quote/RMA number inside the box.

What happens after you ship?

Refurbishing: most orders under 30 units are completed the same business day they arrive. Larger batches are processed by separate agreement.
Buyback: we usually test and grade your screens within 2 hours of arrival and send your payout the same business day after testing.
