Where your data is kept
We keep your data within the European Economic Area, and protect it with access control, encryption in transit, least privilege, and regular backups. Where a provider's parent company could access data from outside the EEA, that access is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
• Invoices and accounting records: 7 years, as Estonian law requires.
• Quote, buyback, and warranty records: for the service and any related claim periods.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your data, and object to some uses. Contact us and we will respond. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon). Partners in Germany may instead contact their regional data protection authority.
Providing your data
We need the data above to take your order, grade your screens, pay you, and invoice. Without it we cannot complete the deal. We do not make automated decisions that have a legal effect on you.
Cookies
We keep this to the minimum. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies, so no cookie banner is needed. We save your language choice in a small cookie and in your browser's local storage, so the site opens in the language you pick. This is functional only and is not used to track you. If a member of our team signs in to run the service, a strictly necessary session cookie keeps them signed in. Any strictly necessary cookies are cleared when they are no longer needed, and if we ever add anything beyond essential storage we will ask for your consent first.
