Grade D

Minor image defect

Original panel with image faults such as dead pixels, lines, discolouration, or partly faulty touch
Most of the image and touch must still work
Any glass damage is fine

Grade E

Heavy defect / dead

Original panel where more than half the image or touch has failed, including screens that are fully dead, all white or green, or won't turn on

A screen that grades lower pays the locked list price for its real grade, never under the list, and you get a revised offer to accept or send the batch back free.
