Payout is for the display panel. Storage size and lock status do not change a screen buyback price.
The 14-day price lock
Your quote is locked for 14 days. Send your screens inside that window and we pay the locked price for every screen that matches the grade you picked. We grade each screen on arrival against our published rules. A screen that grades differently pays the locked list price for its real grade, from the same list your quote used. We never pay under that list. If a screen grades lower than you picked, you get a revised offer, or we ship the batch back free.
We need your screens at our Tartu lab inside 14 days. Most EU parcels arrive in 1 to 5 business days.

- Do you buy cracked Galaxy S21 Ultra screens?
- Yes. If the outer glass is cracked but the display and touch still work perfectly, it is usually a grade A screen. If the panel also has marks, dead spots, or burn-in, it grades lower. Check it against the table above.
- Which grades do you pay for?
- For the Galaxy S21 Ultra we pay grades A, B, C, D and E, as long as the panel is an original Samsung part and it still shows an image. We do not buy aftermarket or dead panels.
- Do you only buy original Samsung panels?
- Yes. Aftermarket panels and screens that were previously glass-only refurbished are rejected. Original panels only.
